We offer two forms of funding.
Housing
We support organizations and programs working to increase the supply of quality, affordable homes in our communities and those helping individuals and families on a pathway to sustainable home ownership. We focus on initiatives that value access and equity. Grants range from $2,500–$25,000. Applicants must be registered 501(c)3 organizations.

Community Engagement
Our community engagement grants support building strong communities where RE/MAX RESULTS employees work and live. Community engagement grants range from $250 - $2500 and are accepted, reviewed and distributed on a rolling basis. Applications must be completed by a RE/MAX RESULTS team member and submitted on behalf of a registered 501(c)3 organization.
Grant Parameters
Geography
All grant requests must be relevant to the population of Minnesota and/or Wisconsin.
Timeline
All grant requests must be for the current calendar year. Multi-year proposals will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Use of Funds
We accept proposals for specific projects as well as general operating funds. We do not provide grants intended to influence legislation or to organizations that lack proof of current IRS tax-exempt, charitable 501(c)(3) status.
All grant requests must be rooted in equity, inclusion, and non-discrimination.
